RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns must be requested in 7 calendar days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be returned within 10 calendar days of approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and 100% original packaging and shipping costs for order, all requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Authorization must first be obtained by email at info@drivespm.com SPM does not offer refunds on return shipping, all approved return shipping must be prepaid. All items must be returned in original packaging and must be in as-new, resellable condition. Items that have been installed will not be accepted under our return policy – See if warranty applies. Once custom and or modified products are shipped there is no return allowed.

If a refund is confirmed and approved, SPM will issue refund via Paypal or company check within 10 business days unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.

GIFT(s)
If the product is being purchased as a gift, customer must disclose who the intended recipient will be for warranty purposed. If recipient is not disclosed there it is assumed that the original purchaser is the original customer and the recipient is a second owner with no warranty rights.

STRAW MAN PURCHASES
If the person purchases the product and claims to have changed there mind of ownership and sells to another person SPM will consider that a straw man purchase. SPM does not allow straw man purchases for several reasons. If the product in question is deemed a straw man purchase the products will not have any warranty or return policy associated with them.
